Age Limit:
- The daughter should be born after March 31, 2006 in a family living below the poverty line (having BPL card).
- Registration of the daughter born at home in Bhagya Lakshmi Yojana should be done within one year.
eligibility criteria:
- Only native residents of Uttar Pradesh are eligible
- The daughter should have studied at least up to class 8th
- A daughter should not get married before she attains the age of 18 years.
- Income – Annual income of the family should be less than Rs 2 lakh.
- If the girl goes to different classes then the following assistance amount will be given to her by the government
- Class: 6th : Rs. 3000/- , Class 8 : Rs. 5000/- , Class 10th: Rs. 7000/- , Class 12th: Rs. 8000/-
