Educational qualification:
- JR Secretariat Assistant (F&A):
- Intermediate pass / 3 year diploma using computer typing and computer
- Currently in English, 35 WPM or 30 wpm in Hindi and 35 wpm / 30 wpm are in accordance with 10500 kdph / 9000 kdph (per hour significant depression) on average 5 major depression for each word. The time permissible for typing test is 10 minutes, which is qualified in nature
- Junior Stenographer:
- Intermediate passed with stenography
- A dictation for 10 minutes in English or Hindi (as selected by the candidates in the application form) at a speed of 80 wpm in English in English 50 minutes or with 65 minutes of transcription in Hindi
