Objective of this scheme:
- For the purpose of getting employment of registered construction workers, an incentive amount of Rs. 50,000/- or the actual ex-showroom price, whichever is lower, will be provided from the Board in the form of e-Rupees. ,

Conditions for receiving incentive assistance:
- It is mandatory to upload complete documents of one year regular institution and declaration form available on the website.
- It is mandatory to upload a certificate issued by the head of the college/higher education institution in case the registered workers are receiving regular school education in educational institutions.
- Only a person studying in any higher educational institution/college in the state of Haryana will be eligible for this incentive assistance.
- The daughter of the workers should not be 18 years of age or above and should not be pregnant.
- The daughter of the workers should have a valid license to drive a two-wheeler. (if applicable)
- The prestige of marks after passing 12th class should be 60% or more.
- The purchase of incentive assistance under this scheme is limited to one license per household.
- The maximum limit of benefit will be Rs 50,000/- or the actual ex-showroom price, whichever is lower, in the form of e-Rupees.
- For a period of one month, one will get incentive amount by uploading online otherwise he will not be eligible for any benefit under any youth scheme in future.
