How to fill passport online form 2024:
- Passport Online Form Register through Passport Seva Online Portal. (click on “register now” Link on home page).
- Login to Passport Seva Online Portal with registered login ID.
- Click “Apply for New Passport/Re-Issue of Passport” Add.
- Fill the required details in the form and submit.
- Click “Salary and Appointment Schedule” Link to the “View Saved/Submitted Applications” screen to schedule an appointment.
- Click “Print Application Receipt” Link to print the application receipt containing the Application Reference Number (ARN)/Appointment Number.
- Visit the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK)/ Regional Passport Office (RPO) where the appointment has been booked with the original documents.
- Candidates should read the Passport Online Form Notification 2024 very carefully before filling the application form.
- While applying the candidate has to fill all the columns carefully so that no mistake is made like – Name of the candidate, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Address, Qualification details.
