About the Quiz:
- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced the launch of RBI 90 Quiz for college students pursuing graduation level. This quiz is a nationwide participation competition which is being organized across the country to mark 90 years of work of RBI.
- RBI 90 Quiz is based on general knowledge and will have a multi-level competition, starting with the online phase, followed by state and regional level rounds and culminating in the national finals.
- RBI 90 Quiz offline platform was launched on August 20, 2024, Governor Shri Shaktikanta Das expressed confidence that this competition will help create greater awareness about the Reserve Bank and the financial discourse mechanism among students. He further said that RBI is developing responsible financial behavior among the youth through its public awareness campaigns and promoting the habit of safe and secure use of digital financial institutions.
