UP Driving Licence Eligibility:
- The applicant must be at least 18 years of age
- First of all you have to obtain a learning license.
- Apply for permanent driving licence only after 30 days or within 180 days of obtaining learners licence.
- Passport
- Format of application for learner’s licence or driving licence or addition of new class of vehicle or renewal of driving licence or change of address or name

How to Fill UP Driving Licence Online Form 2024:
- Open the UP Transport website – sarthi.parivahan.gov.in
- Fill the application form and pay the driving license fee
- Then you have to select the test slot where the learning test is to be conducted
- After slot booking print all pages – Fee Receipt / Application Form
- Now you will have to go to the concerned RTO office on the day you have booked the slot for UP Learning License and give the driving test.
- You will get your UP Driving License Result 2024 immediately after the exam
- If you pass the exam then UP RTO issues the UP Driving License.
